Power Conversion Using Analytical Model of Cockcroft–Walton Voltage Multiplier Rectenna

A voltage multiplier rectenna is a combination of rectifier and an antenna used for the conversion AC to DC. It essential part system RF energy harvesting. Conventional rectennas are characterized by low efficiency. This study presents analytical novel mode designed harvesting systems current output stages efficiency optimization. The design contains rectification circuit with seven stages. Schottky diode HSMS 285-C was selected modeling circuit. Advanced Design System (ADS) simulation validate equations theoretical model solved MATLAB code. fabricated tested input power range 10 μW 100 mW; maximum 0.2577 mW 29.85%.
